He has made a habit of continually exceeding his clients expectations by applying best-in class research and market practices to deliver optimal real estate solutions across a variety of different asset classes. His market tested advisory approach outlines clear and comprehensive strategic processes throughout the sale cycle, and has made him a valuable partner to his clients.

Jake is well versed in a variety of different deal structures, and is a firm believer in de-risking the transaction process for his clients in order to ensure deal velocity, optimal pricing, and closing certainty. Jake's strengths include business development, property marketing, negotiation and transaction management.

Jake represents public, institutional, and private capital clients in the acquisition & disposition of commercial real estate in markets all across Ontario. Jake has advised on transactions totaling over $450M to date.


As a first year broker at Colliers, Jake was recognized as the top in his class and has since continued to excel and be recognized as one of the top young investment brokers in Eastern Canada. 



Jake graduated from the University of Ottawa in April of 2015. He attended the Telfer School of Management, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree after 4 years.

Jake took part as a member of both uOttawa's varisty football and track & field team's during this time.
