His market tested advisory approach outlines a clear and comprehensive strategic process throughout the sale cycle, and has made him a valuable partner to his clients.
Jake is well versed in a variety of different deal structures, and is a firm believer in de-risking the transaction process in order to ensure deal velocity, strong pricing, and closing certainty. Jake's strengths include business development, property marketing, negotiation and transaction management.
Jake is a member of the Investment Pracitce Group at Colliers, and represents public, institutional, and private capital clients in the acquisition & disposition of commercial real estate in markets all across Ontario. Jake has advised on transactions totaling over $450M to date.
Accomplishments
As a first year broker at Colliers, Jake was recognized as the top in his class and has continually ranked as one of the top investment brokers in Eastern Canada on a yearly basis.
Education
Jake graduated from the University of Ottawa in April of 2015. He attended the Telfer School of Management, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree after 4 years.
Jake took part as a member of both uOttawa's varisty football and track & field team's during this time.
