Graeme has over thirty years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Colliers, he was a founding partner of The Arnoldi Group, which was acquired by Colliers in 1992.
He is a founding member and former Steering Committee Member for Colliers North American Law Firm Practice Group.

CLFSG has developed the Law Firm Benchmarking Survey to identify trends and measure key areas of real estate related operation metrics against other Toronto and North American firms.

He brings a vast array of skills to any client assignment including site location, analysis and relocation. David is also very accomplished at financial analysis of lease and ownership options. David has also been nationally recognized by the Colliers International for his achievements and service excellence and is a proud shareholder of the company.

His practice is focused on tenant representation in the Financial Core. Through his tireless business development and market intelligence initiatives, he develops insights and uncommon knowledge to create opportunities for his clients, ahead of the market. His ability to leverage experts across disciplines (internally and externally) enables him to drive creative and optimal solutions.
