She has been involved in transactions requiring the leasing of mixed-use, office, industrial, retail and multi-residential properties: Maison Alcan, Quartier DIX30, 1250 René-Lévesque, 1000 De La Gauchetière, CIBC Tower, Tour des Canadiens (residential unit sales) to name a few.

Geneviève has also distinguished herself by getting involved with various industries to help them meet their leasing needs, including finance, legal, technology, medical and others. She has been involved with local and international companies as well as clients of multiple sizes of up to 270,000 square feet.

In joining Colliers, Geneviève works closely with her father, Pierre Houle, as well as the other members of their office tenant representation team, Pierre Charest and Mathieu Turnier. Together they will tap into both a lifetime of experience and the forward-thinking, enterprising dynamic that Geneviève brings with her from her 7 years of experience within major players in the commercial real estate industry.

On a personal level, Geneviève trains for half-marathons and puts her creativity to good use by cooking healthy meals. A highlight of her athletic career was receiving the Best Goalkeeper Award at the 2008 Canadian Soccer Championships.

Team sports and training have shaped Geneviève's rigor and dedication to being responsible, valuing teamwork and having a strategic vision to achieve success.
