Felipe has worked within the commercial real estate industry since 2012, during which he has worked both as a lead financial analyst and a trusted brokerage consultant to clients. His tenure with Colliers International was preceded by a role with an international tenant representation firm, with which he was a recipient of their annual international Rising Star award (2017), and a nominee for NAIOP's Office Lease of the Year award (2017). Felipe's acumen as an advisor is rooted in his ability to address complex real estate requirements and meet them with straightforward, meaningful results for his clients. His analytical ability and passion for his trade have earned Felipe the privilege of representing many of Canada's leading organizations on their real estate requirements.
Prior to his work within the commercial real estate sector, Felipe spent time in the pharmaceutical industry and in the automotive industry as a registered lobbyist. Felipe holds an MBA degree from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, with a major in finance and valuation, and is a Level 2 candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
