Ewen's professional experience includes lease transactions, ranging up to in excess of 150,000 sf, building and land sales, coordinating build-to-suit facilities, and investment sales (single building and portfolio) from $1,000,000 to $20,000,000. Ewen has experienced many different market conditions, from the economic lows of the mid 1980's and 2008 to the highs of the 1990's and 2006/2007, and has provided service from local investors and companies to some of the largest corporations in the world.
