Evelyn Stolk has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate. initially as a commercial lender in 1995, and since 2009 entering brokerage, representing tenants, landlords, buyers & sellers,.  Since joining Colliers Edmonton in 2011, Evelyn teamed with consistent top producer, Rod Connop, and specializes in inudstrial sales & leasing, as well as industrial investment sales.  

Evelyn has quickly achieved the status of a national top performer in Canada, rankng top 6 under 6 years in the business in four of six years. 

Evelyn is an active member of Colliers Energy Practice Group, which is a network of Colliers agents & offices across the globe, with a focus on the energy sector and provide "boots on the ground" for large companies active in energy.  Regular networking and communication amongst the team which spans US, Mexico, and overseas, has resulted in numerous opportunities for our mutual clients.
