Dominic has worked for one of the largest Canadian real estate investment trust and also as a broker, which allows him to bring a holistic view into all aspects of a leasing transaction.
Au cours de sa carrière, Dominic a effectué plus de 600 transactions de location d’espaces de bureaux avec des entreprises locales, nationales et internationales. Nathan is an office leasing specialist focused on office tenant representation in the Greater Montreal Area. Prior to joining the team of Dominic Dussault (Vice President), Nathan worked as a research assistant for Colliers' market intelligence team. In this role Nathan was able to gain a keen understanding of Montreal's office inventory while also giving him an in-depth understanding of the market.
Nathan holds expertise in the field of urban planning as well as project management. This gives him a unique understanding of the office build-out and tenant improvment process, giving him a competitve advantage when negotiating with landlords on his clients behalf.
Nathan prides himself on establishing long-term relationships with his clients. By sending them quarterly news letters Nathan aims at keeping his clients continually informed with current market trends.
James Huxham, Associate, recently joined Vice-president Dominic Dussault's team at Colliers International. Supported by his colleagues, James specializes in office tenant representation in the greater Montreal Area.
He provides a transparent process for making sound real estate decisions that have consistently produced excellent results. Haven grown up in Montreal, he prides himself on his ability to know the in's and-outs of the Montreal Marketplace, its inventory, and its trends.
Before joining the team as an Associate, he worked as a Data Analyst which allowed him to gain mastery of the Colliers CRM.
While in his last year at Bishop’s University, James was hired as the operations manager for the University. This experience has allowed him to develop his capacity to approach each problem objectively and offer the most effective solutions.
