David has been with Colliers since 2012 and is responsible for originating brokerage transactions in the Office, Industrial and Investment markets. Over his career, David has completed in excess of 1,000 transactions working in all aspects of brokerage, representing Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers.

A broadly diverse background in commercial real estate has allowed David to gain expertise in building operations and management, lease negotiations, financing, construction and sustainability.

In addition to having a strong Landlord focused practice, David works with operating businesses to support their real estate portfolio throughout North America and has completed transactions throughout Canada and the USA.
