David joined Colliers International as a young, positive, ambitious individual looking to accelerate client satisfaction. His objective is to step away from the traditional real estate sales role in order to adopt an all-encompassing approach to improving employment satisfaction and increasing business revenue via space manipulation and location.
Completing over 33 transactions, and leasing over 150,000 square feet in 2018, David was promoted to a senior role within his short tenure. With strong expertise of the growing technology sector, from incubator to IPO, has allowed David to assist in all aspects of the tech sector from small start-ups to multi-national corporations.
Using Colliers' vast resources has enabled David to provide a golden standard of service for his clients. David’s fundamental understanding of the transaction, location, and the subject property are instrumental to completion of many transactions and retained long-term clients.
