Danny is a Senior Associate, Valuation & Advisory at Colliers and a fully designated AACI, P.App member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He has worked on many real estate valuation, appraisal and due diligence assignments on various asset classes including Retail, Office, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Land, Multi-Residential and Senior Housing in Ontario. Danny has assisted with underwriting, market research, highest and best use analysis, market rental studies, lease reviews and financial modelling of single and portfolio assets through Argus Enterprise. He has worked with many owner-users, institutional, REITs and private investors in primary, secondary and tertiary markets across the province and nation with either single asset valuation or portfolios.
Danny was a part of the first graduating class of the Real Estate Management (Co-op) program at Ryerson University. He has also earned a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia. Danny stays actively involved within the Ryerson Real Estate community as an active speaker, mentor, executive member on the Ryerson Alumni in Real Estate (RARE) group and now serving on Ryerson’s Real Estate Management Advisory Council.

Rob Purdy is a real estate professional and an Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada having 10 years experience in the valuation of institutional grade assets. Rob began his real estate career within the brokerage world, underwriting investment opportunities for potential buyers and sellers. After several years in investment brokerage, Rob decided to leverage his core strength of underwriting and interpretation of financial statements towards completion of his AACI.
Since achieving his AACI designation in 2014, Rob has continued to hone his underwriting skills with respect to institutional grade assets, particularly retail. Rob's brokerage roots have allowed him to develop a vast network of lenders, owners and brokers in order remain abreast of current market trends and recent transactions. In his current capacity as Senior Director, Rob manages and particapates in local, regional and national mandates, priding himself on prompt delivery and transparent client communication.
