Dane Gilbert, an annual top producing professional at Colliers International, has transacted over $2.6 billion worth of industrial real estate, representing over 25.1 million square feet and 690 acres of land for development. Dane was recognized as SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year - a distinction presented annually to the top industrial broker in the Greater Toronto Area. NAIOP INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE YEAR

Dane is a two-time recipient of NAIOP’s Industrial Development of the Year:

• 2018: Congebec Logistics design-build development of a 228,694 SF state-of-the-art freezer with transaction value of $67M.
• 2016: TransForce complex conversion and repositioning of an obsolete manufacturing facility into a functional mixed-use office/cross dock, culminating a 145,000 SF lease valued at $16.7 Million.
