He brings expertise in various asset types including, but not limited to commercial loans and mortgages, equipment & auto lease financing, consumer loans, and credit card receivables.
He has extensive expertise in debt restructuring, managing distressed assets, and structured financial repositioning. He has extensive experience dealing with bank and non-bank lenders and understands the Canadian financial system and capital markets.

Extensive experience in banking leading business origination for commercial banking, residential mortgage, consumer lending, and leasing operations. Held a variety of positions with Concentra Bank including:

As the Principal Broker, Sokha is responsible for integrating the Debt Advisory Division’s expertise to support existing service lines including Investment Sales and Capital Markets, Landlord and Tenant Representation, Valuation and Consulting, Project and Development Management and Property Management. She takes pride in building strong business relationships with clients while providing tailored financing solutions to best suit their needs.
Sokha has over a decade of experience in the financial sector. As the Managing and Lead Broker of a regional brokerage, her previous role involved the oversight and management of the brokerage, brokers and associates. She was responsible in the implementation and monitoring of the regulatory Brokerage, Broker and Associate Act and Regulation as well as relationship development with business account managers, institutional and non-institutional lenders .
In 2017, Sokha obtained her real estate license which allowed her to diversify her existing business portfolio. She also possesses extensive knowledge and experience with conforming and non-conforming loan orginations; securing financing for major commercial real estate properties including, but not limited to Long Term, Construction, Bridge, Mezzanine Financing and Private Investment Funds. Her expertise involved feedback and direction to originators and analysts on loan structures, terms, conditions, security, and covenant recommendations.

Peter has over 25 years of corporate lending experience where he committed the majority of his career as a Senior Commercial Account Manager with major banks and credit unions in performing credit analysis for commercial loan requests, workout strategies, collection of challenged loans with collateral and repayment deficiencies. During his career, he managed 100+ customers, facilitating loan requests from $1MM to 20MM, and maintained loan portfolios from $20MM to $50MM.
As Commercial Mortgage Associate, Peter has positioned himself as a highly-skilled leader integrating business development strategies in generating leads through active prospecting and sales presentations for all asset classes, with a focus, but not limited to, multi-phase bridge and inventory financing, land servicing, and construction development.

During his role as the Commercial Manager across jurisdictions within the country, Brad brings along with him extensive knowledge and detailed analysis in evaluating commercial lending transactions through understanding financial statements in depth and the results of the underwriting correlation. This has allowed him to build trust and deep professional relationships resulting in higher percentage of approved and funded commercial loans.
