An Accredited real estate professional with more than 18 years of experience Cynthia specializes in the appraisal of large complex plant, machinery, equipment, special purpose, and industrial real estate.
Cynthia brings a solid analytical background in economic analysis,
cost modelling and functional obsolescence to deliver thorough, accurate and dependable appraisals.
Cynthia is responsible for valuation services in Quebec, national mandates for some of Colliers’ largest clients, and is a key member of Colliers’ National Machinery, Equipment, and Technical Specialty Appraisal team.
Education
While graduating from the Laval University of Quebec City with a B. of Business Administration (BBA), Cynthia started her career as an assistant assessor at Quebec City Municipal Assessment. Freshly graduated, she jumped into a private firm as an appraiser and eventually became a partner.
In 2019 she completed the Machinery, Equipment and Technical Specialty Appraisal courses with the American Society of Appraisers in the US.
Cynthia has a vast network of relationships across Canada and the US.
Accomplishments
Since joining Colliers in 2021, she has appraised more than $1 billion in real estate, plant, and machinery.
Recently Cynthia has completed valuation assignments for:
· One of the five largest mines in Canada
· A deep-water port in Quebec
· Numerous wharves in Atlantic Canada
· Airports
· Sawmills and pulp plants
· A 1.5 million SF food processing facility in Ontario
Cynthia thrives in manufacturing and process facilities. She asks relevant questions to spot any threats or triggers that might impact valuation.

Jean-François recently joined Colliers Montreal, in the Valuation and Advisory Services department. His previous experience in valuation gave him a chance to appraise different type of residential, multi-family, commercial, office and industrial properties.
Roxanne joined the Ottawa Valuation team in September of 2015 and has since grown her expertise to include a wide variety of asset types such as industrial, land, multi-family, retail, office, self-storage and special use properties. Based in Montreal, Roxanne works with both Ottawa and Montreal teams, with valuation experience in primary, secondary and tertiary markets throughout Ontario & Quebec for a range of clients such as institutional investors, middle-markets and owner-occupiers. Roxanne is able to provide a variety of valuation consulting reports such as appraisals, market rent studies and feasibility studies.
Before Colliers Roxanne was a property manager in Montreal, which exposed her to a number of aspects of the real estate industry. In this role, Roxanne was involved with leasing negotations for residential and commercial tenants, the organization and supervision of building systems and operations, and ensuring that the financial objectives of the company were attained.
