As Director of Quebec City - Valuation & Advisory Services team member, Cynthia’s role is incorporates valuation analysis and appraisal of a varied range of real estate assets within the Quebec City provincial capital region and Quebec province submarkets.
Cynthia sees ahead clearly; can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately; she has broad knowledge and perspectives; is future oriented; can articulately paint credible pictures and visions of possibilities and likelihoods; can create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans.
Cynthia has a passion for great service, and strives to anticipate client needs while providing expert advice.
For the last 20 years, Cynthia been a very dedicated professional goal oriented.
Cynthia’s passion for appraising profession shows throughout her involvement and volunteer. Member in good standing of AIC and current President of the Quebec’s board of directors. She is also a proud volunteer as a Director of the AIC’s Advocacy Committee. She works to support and promote AIC Members on a national and provincial level, and advocates for them on issues that influence the valuation profession and the real estate industry.
- Bachelors of Business administrations, major in in Real Estate and Urban economics, from Laval University.
- Machinery & Technical Specialties-Assets (MTS) (ME-201, ME-202 & ME-203) with the American Society of Appraisers.
