Lease negotiations, financial analysis, lead sourcing, lease documentation, and business development is the foundation of my work. Backed by several years of involvement in a family-owned investment business in multi-residential real estate, I bring years of exposure and experience to Colliers. Melissa enjoys volunteering her time to charities such as Eva's Initiatives, Habitat for Humanity, Juvenille Diabetes and the Ronald McDonald Home for Dinner program.
