Kennedy is a Sales Representative with Team Murray Faldowski at Colliers International. Upon graduating from the University of Guelph, Real Estate and Housing Program, Kennedy joined BentallGreenOak in the property management division. During this time she honed her problem-solving skills to find creative solutions for both tenants and landlords.
Adrian focuses on the sales and leasing of industrial assets in the west GTA. His experience includes advising on projects ranging from small to 100,000+ square feet, where he has been relied upon for client management, needs analysis, strategy and business planning, and negotiation of complex real estate transactions. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Adrian held a technology sales role with Xerox Canada where he developed entrepreneurial skills that formed the foundation of how he approaches his business today.
