Chance’s drive and passion along with early exposure to high-profile projects helped him grasp industry knowledge at a rapid pace. His creativity, versatility, and attention to detail allow him to execute real estate strategies with clients with the utmost quality and service.
Chance received his business management degree with high distinction from Concordia University. He attended the university on a hockey scholarship and utilized his time-management skills to consistently be a Dean’s List student throughout his tenure. Currently, he is enrolled in an MBA program to further his entrepreneurial mindset and enhance his skillset. Chance prides himself on his relationship building, networking, communication skills, and the ability to exceed expectations.

Rod Connop has been the leading producer within the industrial division of Colliers Edmonton office since 1996. His in-depth knowledge and professional guidance has provided tangible benefits to all clients; and, in turn, earned him an excellent reputation with all participants of the industrial real estate market. Rod’s strategic thinking and opinions are in demand as he participates in various presentations including an ongoing role as moderator at the Edmonton Real Estate Forum.
​Rod has extensive experience in industrial transactions covering a wide spectrum and including simple lease and turnkey lease, design build, build-to-suit/leaseback, sale/leaseback, construction management, sale of land, sale of vacant building to end users and the sale of leased investment properties.
Evelyn Stolk has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate. initially as a commercial lender in 1995, and since 2009 entering brokerage, representing tenants, landlords, buyers & sellers,. Since joining Colliers Edmonton in 2011, Evelyn teamed with consistent top producer, Rod Connop, and specializes in inudstrial sales & leasing, as well as industrial investment sales.
Evelyn has quickly achieved the status of a national top performer in Canada, rankng top 6 under 6 years in the business in four of six years.
Evelyn is an active member of Colliers Energy Practice Group, which is a network of Colliers agents & offices across the globe, with a focus on the energy sector and provide "boots on the ground" for large companies active in energy. Regular networking and communication amongst the team which spans US, Mexico, and overseas, has resulted in numerous opportunities for our mutual clients.
Evelyn provides clients seeking to purchase, or lease industrial space with a wealth of uncommon market knowledge, diverse experience, and an unwavering commitment / dedication to service excellence to achieve success for her clients.
Ning joined Colliers International as a Sales Assistant in 2010, and works directly with Rod Connop & Evelyn Stolk as the top producing industrial team. Prior to Colliers, she worked for IKON Office Solutions and held different titles such as Leasing Coordinator for the Canada Lease Team and as a Senior Associate on the Account Resolution Team. She has also held positions as a Customer Service Representative at CIBC and Clerk Typist at Thomas Simpson School, both located in Fort Simpson, Northwest Territories.
Since becoming a licensed Associate, she continues to take a more front line position with our various clients, thereby increasing the capacity within the team. Her focus is leasing & marketing for a large, Colliers mandated Landlord. Ning and team manage over 1.2 million square feet of industrial properties in the Edmonton area.
