Bryce Young joined Colliers working exclusively with the Fraser Valley Commercial Group. Bryce is responsible for the generation of leads for investment sales, development land, as well as leasing throughout the Fraser Valley market for a variety of asset types including retail and office assets.
Bryce is highly regarded for his exceptional work ethic and ability to consistently exceed client expectations through extensive marketing campaigns, resulting in timely deliverables. He is able to maximize value for his clients through his ability to project the potential future value of an asset. He works closely and diligently with his clients throughout the planning and execution of their investment strategies.
Bryce came to Colliers from a background in appraisal and real estate portfolio management and has been able to leverage his past experiences to provide his clients with a better understanding of the value of their assets.

Mike Grewal has been based out of the Colliers’ Surrey, BC office for the past 9 years. Prior to joining Colliers, Mike spent 5 years with a boutique commercial brokerage where he had an opportunity to gain firsthand industry experience and exposure to both leasing and sales of industrial, office, and retail transactions. This foundation allowed Mike to evolve his business over the years to concentrate on both retail/office strata and investment sales since earning his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2017.
Mike brings to the table, real time market knowledge, financial analysis and current market data which has been invaluable to his clients. Mike has maintained focus on the Fraser Valley his entire career and has represented an excess of $168 Million in sale transactions and over 500,000 square feet of commercial space leasing transactions which has earned him a reputation for being an industry leader in commercial real estate.
Dylan (Dilraj) Sohi assists private owners and publicly traded companies sell commercial buildings, development land and urban redevelopment properties throughout the Fraser Valley (Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Delta, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Maple Ridge).
What sets Dylan apart from the competition is not only his local and international presence but also his uncompromised knowledge of the market he serves. He has performed lead roles in advisory, analysis, marketing and sale of commercial strata projects, development and income producing properties of all sizes across the Fraser Valley.
