Prior to starting his career in brokerage, Brandon gained exposure to business development, valuation, capital markets, marketing, research, conveyancing and debt financing through completing two co-operative work terms with Colliers. Brandon’s previous experience gives him an excellent understanding of the Victoria market, accelerating his success in commercial real estate.
Brandon has focused his efforts on the investment market, where he has formed a robust understanding of an investment transaction from inception to completion. Brandon has accomplished a number of notable investment and land transactions, specializing in residential land redevelopment. His attention to the ongoing changes to the various official community plans, local area plans and gentrification of specific geographical areas in Greater Victoria allows him to find and present unique opportunities for redevelopment to his clients.
Brandon has been involved in over $650 million in sale transactions since becoming a broker in 2017.

Brandon is a Victoria native, and graduated, as a Dean's List recipient with distinction, from the University of Victoria, where Brandon completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree. Brandon specialized in Service Management where he learned about strategy, operations, marketing, technology and human resource management from a service perspective. Michael, who has worked in commercial real estate for over 32 years, all in Victoria for Colliers, is a graduate of the UBC Urban Land Economics Diploma program. He is well-versed and experienced in a variety of disposition scenarios including the Tender process, Modified Tender, RFP and Portfolio Sales. Eleven-time Colliers International Awards of Excellence recipient for the years 1992, 1994, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2010 and 2016.
Michael has extensive dealings with the marketing and sales of complex land and building assets for various levels of Governmental clients such as the City of Langford, ICBC, ICBC Properties, Province of BC (BC Buildings Corp., BC Transportation Finance Authority & Release of Assets for Economic Generation), School Districts 61, 62 & 63, Capital Regional District (CRD), Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA), BC Hydro, Canada Lands Company and the City of Victoria.
Michael’s list of private sector clients includes Jim Pattison Developments, Concert Properties, Wesbild, HOOPP, BentallGreenOak, Jawl Properties, Telus, TD Bank, Industrial Alliance Insurance & Financial, GWL Realty Advisors, Sun Life Financial, Morguard Investments, Reliance Properties and GAIN Auto Group.
Michael has been involved in the sale of over $1.9 Billion in Commercial Real Estate transactions over his career.
Austin has a focused interest in land and investment sales in Greater Victoria, through which he has formed a thorough understanding of the commercial transaction process and prevailing market conditions.
Born and raised in White Rock, B.C. Austin then attended the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria, graduating in 2020 with a Bachelor of Commerce and a specialization in International Business.

Austin’s previous experience gives him an excellent understanding of the Victoria market, accelerating his success in commercial real estate.
Dominic began his career at Colliers through the co-operative learning program offered through the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria. Dominic was offered a four-month co-op extension where he assisted the brokerage team in researching market trends, market analysis, producing marketing materials and valuation. During this time, he strengthened the offices database, providing him with a current and robust knowledge of today’s market.
Dominic’s areas of specialization are multi-family sales and development land; giving him a strong understanding of the residential development process. Dominic has worked on a number of notable transactions and was recognized as one of the top five first-year brokers across Canada. In just his first three years as a licensed broker with Colliers, Dominic has been involved in the sale of over $192 million in real estate. His diverse exposure to different teams within Colliers has provided Dominic with a well-rounded understanding of the local market and the various sub-markets within; allowing him to offer his clients opportunities and market intelligence early, and firsthand.
