As Vice President within the Montreal office of Colliers, Béatrice Roquet leads a seasoned team of commercial real estate brokers and professionals with expertise in the office, industrial and land asset classes. She offers a variety of real estate services to her clients according to their business needs and objectives, including: landlord and tenant representation for real estate property sale and/or lease, sale-and-leaseback scenarios, build-to-suit construction, as well as consulting services.

Accomplishments
With 22 years in the commercial real estate industry and an impressive track record of more than 800 lease and sale transactions, Béatrice works on a variety of commercial properties throughout the Greater Montréal Area. A woman of action, Beatrice is both dynamic and thorough; she has developed strong relationships within the industry and beyond, thus acquiring a deep knowledge of the market.
Beatrice is known to be accessible and engaged; her execution is both efficient and meticulous. She is perfectly trilingual in French, English and Italian.
Before joining Colliers 8 years ago, Beatrice worked at the Société de développement Angus and then at Développement économique Longueuil (DEL) where in her role of Associate Director, she managed the real estate assets’ promotion and leasing. Further to that, Beatrice turned to real estate brokerage at another large commercial real estate agency.

Avant de se lancer en courtage, François a été consultant en développement organisationnel et a également été directeur des communications pour un groupe de lobby pour le secteur de l'aérospatial.
