Annie Labbé is a Managing Director of the Valuation and Advisory team in Quebec. Annie's work with the existing leadership team to reinforce Colliers’ industry-leading position in Quebec and grow market share through strategic relationships, innovate new products, and advance multi-disciplinary teams.
Annie’s career reflects the growth-focused skillset she brings to Colliers. Before Annie was working at Pricewaterhouse Coopers as the Senior Vice President of Consulting Real Estate Services and Transactions. In her role, she launched and led the real-estate advisory group division in Quebec – defining growth strategies for Eastern Canada and contributing to the business line’s local and national expansion. During this time, she also led some of the most complex analyses for portfolios on behalf of several renowned clients across public and investment companies, pension funds, and investment funds. Prior to this, Annie was the Senior Management Partner at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where she combined her advanced technical capabilities with solid business development skills to manage the firm’s strategic action plans.
She is a member of the Order of Chartered Appraisers of Quebec and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Appraisers. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University Laval with two specializations, namely Finance and Urban Real Estate Management.
With more than 20 years of professional experience she’s recognized for her vision, mobilization skills, as well as her ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and implement strategic business plans. Through the positions held over recent years, she forged a reputation of excellence recognized by the main actors in the finance, real estate, urban planning and asset management. Very few chartered appraisers have such a range of capabilities and solid skills in valuation, finance, M&A, organizational performance, asset management and entrepreneurship at the provincial, national and global level. She’s focusing on results and this greatly differentiates me.
In 2013, she was appointed Member of the Disciplinary Council of the Order of Chartered Appraisers of Quebec. This council, chaired by a lawyer appointed by the Government of Quebec, is the disciplinary tribunal that hears and judges’ complaints filed against chartered appraisers.
