Andrew Simpson is a member of the Edmonton Capital Markets team where he actively participates in the underwriting, analysis, marketing and sale of commercial real estate assets. The EdmontonCapital Markets team has successfully underwritten and sold well over $1B in asset value since 2012. Asset classes include: industrial, office, retail and development land.
Since joining Colliers in 2012, Andrew has personally been involved in the underwriting and sale of over $500M of commercial investment properties including over 1,000 acres of development land.
Prior to joining Colliers, Andrew focused on the sales and leasing of industrial properties and land with a national real estate firm
Andrew Holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta with a major in finance.
