Alison  brings 20 years of specialized experience in cost consulting and project management throughout all sectors of the construction industry to her Commercial Real Estate Salesperson career.   She has cultivated an excellent working knowledge of development and construction with the ability to provide valuable advice and strategy from the feasibility stage right through to the design and construction phases. As a partner and director in her previous roles, she has been providing the leadership and organization required for the successful management of client relationships, delivery of projects, staff/team development, and corporate governance.

The wide range of services she can provide includes feasibility studies, pro-formas, design stage cost control, value engineering, project monitoring, master planning, contract administration, building condition assessment, peer review, construction audits, and diverse specialized cost analysis for unique purposes.

Accomplishments

Alison has extensive experience in all construction sectors including multi-residential, purpose built rental, seniors/retirement, hotel, office, casinos and entertainment, sports and recreation, elementary/secondary/post-secondary educational institutions, healthcare, laboratories, EMS, major landscape / siteworks, historical restorations, commercial, industrial, libraries, operational, and municipal facilities.

Her management experience includes all facets of running a medium sized business including operations management, human resources, financial budgeting and accounting, business development and marketing, legal requirements, and managing partnerships.

Her influence on development projects has directly resulted in hundreds of successful outcomes for developers, owners, and public organizations.
