After working in the technology industry in client services and sales, Adam Mitchell joined Colliers in 2010. His background and experience in delivering customer centric solutions for clients has proved to be a valuable asset. Using a systematic approach, Adam spends time exploring aspects of client business that are not traditionally associated with the real estate decision but that we have found bring great value.
Since joining Colliers, Adam’s focus has been working with users on a mandate basis both to acquire real estate and structure leases. In addition, Adam also leverages his education and experience in marketing to assist institutional and private landlords market their space for lease and sale. He is known by his clients for his work ethic, attention to detail and client first approach, ensuring the client’s needs are always at the forefront.
Accomplishments
Adam has completed more than 250 transactions, consisting of over 2,500,000 square feet of industrial real estate for a total dollar value of over $250,000,000.
