The team shaping our vision
Brian Rosen is the President and Chief Executive Officer I Canada at Colliers International, Canada’s leading commercial real estate services and investment management firm. He assumed the role on March 31, 2020 and is responsible for driving growth and establishing the strategic direction of the business in the region. In addition to his role as President and CEO in Canada, Brian is also a member of the global senior executive team that sets the vision and strategy for Colliers International.
Prior to being appointed President and CEO in March 2020, Brian served as Chief Operating Officer I Canada at Colliers, overseeing operations of the Canadian business, including business development, finance and accounting, marketing and communications, IT and human resources. While in this role, Brian worked closely with the senior leadership team to refine Colliers’ fully integrated service offering and establish strategic areas of focus for the business.
Brian has spent his career fostering innovation and driving change, solving complex problems and continuously challenging and improving operations. An experienced General Manager, Corporate Strategist, Sales Leader, and Marketer, Brian worked at Iron Mountain for over a decade before joining Colliers, serving most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Canada. Brian has had extensive experience in both the US & Canada and prior to Iron Mountain was a Corporate Strategist at Avon Products and Management Consultant at Marakon Associates.
Brian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
Daniel Holmes is the President, Brokerage Services Canada, overseeing the national brokerage business and operations support for Office, Industrial, Retail, Investment Sales, Debt and Hotels. Dan is a champion for clients, his people and the industry, accelerating success through advocacy, investing in relationships, and support.
As a leader at one of the most trusted global brands in commercial real estate, Dan implements strategies to advance and mentor Colliers’ employees. He tracks the insights, factual data, market trends and projections that drive real value in commercial real estate. Dan empowers advisors and clients to make informed decisions based on Colliers’ integrated services. He excels at building teams and culture, balancing healthy competition, action orientation, personal accountability, enterprising spirit, and camaraderie.
Dan began his career in real estate at Colliers as a Research Assistant, quickly transitioning to sales where he built his industry experiences and network over 11 years before moving on to a leadership role externally. After returning to Colliers, he held progressive leadership roles including Senior Managing Director, Office Practice Group, and Executive Managing Director, Greater Toronto Area where he led leaders and sales advisor teams, oversaw operations, recruitment, the Eastern Acceleration Advisor Development Program, and strategic business development.
Lucas brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, including investment banking, private equity, business development, mergers and acquisitions, development and equity and debt capital raising to Colliers. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in over $30 billion of real estate transactions across a variety of real estate asset classes and has assisted in raising over $50 billion in public, private and joint venture capital, and cross border financing activities.
His expertise in commercial real estate and strong relationships established over many years reinforces Colliers' industry-leading position in Canada.
Working across business lines and borders, Lucas drives the strategic vision of Colliers’ Capital Markets.
With more than 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including serving as CEO I Canada at Colliers International for 14 years, David assumed the role of Vice Chairman and Head of Strategy and Consulting I Canada on March 31, 2020. In this role, David integrates Colliers’ existing consulting practices into a national Real Estate Strategy & Consulting entity, building on operations to deliver the best real estate solutions for investors, institutions and corporate clients with significant real estate assets and portfolios.
David is highly regarded for his deep connections and innovative business perspective, providing strategy and guidance on best practices in corporate leadership, change management and innovation.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and is a member of REALPAC. Consisting of fewer than 100 members, REALPAC is the national industry association dedicated to advancing the vitality of Canada’s real estate sector.
As Head of Valuation & Advisory Services for Colliers Canada, Scott focuses on continually increasing revenue by identifying prime opportunities and establishing strategic relationships, as well as maximizing technology and Colliers International's exceptional platform to create greater efficiencies and market share for the team. He advocates for clients, helping them prove the value of their assets, and for the Valuation & Advisory Services team, empowering them to leverage Colliers’ brand, resources and scope to become the industry’s best.
Scott is a passionate communicator and strategist who is always willing to try something new and looking for ways to do things better.
John Duda is the President of Real Estate Management Services, Canada. John began his career as Director of National Property Services at CIBC, joining Colliers in 2010. Appointed as head of Real Estate Management Services in 2017, John has driven significant growth both organically and strategically through the development of new service lines and markets. In his role as president, John a oversees 14 offices across Canada, working closely with local teams to create value-driven strategies in support of clients’ goals.
Lex Perry is responsible for marketing, communications and research for Colliers in Canada.
A bona fide innovator and outstanding communicator, Lex has a demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing effective marketing, communications and research programs for Colliers and for properties in all asset classes.
Under Lex's leadership, Colliers Canada has developed a world-class research and marketing platform to accelerate the success of its people and clients, culminating in the organization winning 37 International Property Awards in the last decade, for its property marketing, website and organizational marketing.
Lex is passionate about building successful teams and driving change to improve organizational performance. He achieves these through understanding people’s motivations, constantly adapting his approach and persistently pursuing objectives with a high level of energy.
Outside of Colliers Lex serves as President of the BC American Marketing Association, BC's leading industry association for marketing professionals.

Director of Canada IT
Poven success in building large yet agile teams, working most recently with SNC-Lavalin where she was the Senior Director of IT Application Delivery for infrastructure construction projects and Head of IT for the Operation and Maintenance Division. Ferial broadened her experience as a management consultant to numerous organizations such as McCarthy and SAS. At Telus Health, as Director of Transformation services, Ferial led implementation and operationalization of Connecting Ontario which enabled hospitals to share Electronic Health Records. Ferial also worked with PwC (DMC, MTS allstream) for nearly 14 years in a variety of progressively senior roles.
