President & Chief Executive Officer | Canada
Brian Rosen is the President and Chief Executive Officer I Canada at Colliers International, Canada’s leading commercial real estate services and investment management firm. He assumed the role on March 31, 2020 and is responsible for driving growth and establishing the strategic direction of the business in the region. In addition to his role as President and CEO in Canada, Brian is also a member of the global senior executive team that sets the vision and strategy for Colliers International.
Prior to being appointed President and CEO in March 2020, Brian served as Chief Operating Officer I Canada at Colliers, overseeing operations of the Canadian business, including business development, finance and accounting, marketing and communications, IT and human resources. While in this role, Brian worked closely with the senior leadership team to refine Colliers’ fully integrated service offering and establish strategic areas of focus for the business.
Brian has spent his career fostering innovation and driving change, solving complex problems and continuously challenging and improving operations. An experienced General Manager, Corporate Strategist, Sales Leader, and Marketer, Brian worked at Iron Mountain for over a decade before joining Colliers, serving most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Canada. Brian has had extensive experience in both the US & Canada and prior to Iron Mountain was a Corporate Strategist at Avon Products and Management Consultant at Marakon Associates.
Brian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
President, Brokerage Services Canada
Scott Addison is the President of Brokerage Services at Colliers Canada, Canada’s leading commercial real estate services firm. Scott has been working in commercial real estate for more than 30 years and is passionate about industry leadership and maximizing potential for Colliers people and its clients. Since joining Colliers Management Team, Scott has gone on to create a distinct culture of leadership, collaboration and superior client service.
Appointed to the position of President of Brokerage Services in October 2015, Scott has been instrumental in driving both organic and strategic growth of the brokerage business in Canada. Scott oversees 28 offices across the country, motivating teams to accelerate success and be leaders in Canada's real estate services industry. Committed to providing value-enhancing strategies and solutions, Scott champions Colliers’ robust CRM platform and data solutions to deliver timely market intelligence to clients.
President, Capital Markets | Canada
Lucas brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, including investment banking, private equity, business development, mergers and acquisitions, development and equity and debt capital raising to Colliers. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in over $30 billion of real estate transactions across a variety of real estate asset classes and has assisted in raising over $25 billion in public, private and joint venture capital, and cross border financing activities.
His expertise in commercial real estate and strong relationships established over many years reinforces Colliers' industry-leading position in Canada.
Working across business lines and borders, Lucas drives the strategic vision of Colliers’ Capital Markets.
Vice Chairman, Head of Strategy & Consulting Group
With more than 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including serving as CEO I Canada at Colliers International for 14 years, David assumed the role of Vice Chairman and Head of Strategy and Consulting I Canada on March 31, 2020. In this role, David integrates Colliers’ existing consulting practices into a national Real Estate Strategy & Consulting entity, building on operations to deliver the best real estate solutions for investors, institutions and corporate clients with significant real estate assets and portfolios.
David is highly regarded for his deep connections and innovative business perspective, providing strategy and guidance on best practices in corporate leadership, change management and innovation.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and is a member of REALPAC. Consisting of fewer than 100 members, REALPAC is the national industry association dedicated to advancing the vitality of Canada’s real estate sector.
Head of Valuations & Advisory Services | Canada
As Head of Valuation & Advisory Services for Colliers Canada, Scott focuses on continually increasing revenue by identifying prime opportunities and establishing strategic relationships, as well as maximizing technology and Colliers International's exceptional platform to create greater efficiencies and market share for the team. He advocates for clients, helping them prove the value of their assets, and for the Valuation & Advisory Services team, empowering them to leverage Colliers’ brand, resources and scope to become the industry’s best.

John Duda is the President of Real Estate Management Services, Canada. John began his career as Director of National Property Services at CIBC, joining Colliers in 2010. Appointed as head of Real Estate Management Services in 2017, John has driven significant growth both organically and strategically through the development of new service lines and markets. In his role as president, John a oversees 14 offices across Canada, working closely with local teams to create value-driven strategies in support of clients’ goals.

Entrepreneur and business leader Franklin Holtforster founded Colliers Project Leaders in 1989. As President he has grown the company into a leading real-property and infrastructure project management firm with offices across Canada and the Middle East. An engineer and Project Management Professional, Franklin has directed major capital projects for private- and public-sector clients, nationally and internationally.
Franklin serves on the Board of the Real Property Institute of Canada, is a recipient of the Order of Honour of Professional Engineers Ontario and the Province of Ontario Volunteer Award, a Warden of the Iron Ring, and a Canada’s Clean50 honouree.
An in-demand speaker on the topics of business, leadership and sustainability, Franklin has delivered variations of his Intentional Leadership workshop to a wide range of audiences.
Vice President, People Services – North America
As VP People Services for North America, Kerris provides senior HR leadership to support all business units across the US and Canada, approximately 7000+ professionals. She is responsible for leading the North American People Services team of more than 80 professionals, overseeing all aspects of talent management. Prior to this, Kerris was the Director of Talent Acquisition for North America leading all Talent Acquisition activity for the region. She coached, mentored and managed a high performing team of 18 Talent Acquisition specialists with a focus on strategic business partnerships, candidate experience excellence, employment brand championship, diversity & inclusion and continuous process improvement.
Before joining Colliers in 2017, Kerris worked at Catalyst Paper and was HR business partner to all corporate staff and the executive leadership team in Canada and the USA, including the Distribution Centres, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Customer Solutions, Sourcing & Technical Services, HR and Corporate Services which involved regular visits to mill and manufacturing operations and offices in BC, Maine, Wisconsin and Ohio. In addition she was responsible for leading a team of 3 talent acquisition specialists in recruiting and enabling the selection of operations, trades, technical, professional, managerial and executive talent across the company in both the US and Canada – approximately 2,600 permanent staff (80% hourly & unionised).
Kerris' career has spanned two continents. Prior to relocating to Canada from the UK 9 years ago, she had a successful career in recruitment, working for a range of small boutique, large international, and self-owned search firms specialising in senior level executive search.
Senior Director, Finance & Operations | Canada
As Senior Director, Finance & Operations | Canada, Victoria is responsible for the executive oversight and overall financial management of Colliers Canada, including driving operational excellence across the business units and leading the organization’s strategic planning process.
Victoria brings to Colliers over two decades of experience in professional services and a track record of creating and executing effective growth strategies. She comes to the firm from KPMG, where she most recently held the position of Director, Strategy – Clients & Markets, working with senior leaders and their teams in enabling priority growth initiatives across the Canadian firm. Victoria also has a strong background in client service and business development, spending the first decade of her career as an external auditor, serving private, TSX- and SEC-listed companies with a focus on the Mining sector.
Outside of the professional realm, Victoria is actively involved in the community, serving as Treasurer at the non-profit organization Friends of University Avenue and as a Business Mentor with the national charity Rise.

Lex Perry is responsible for marketing, communications and research for Colliers in Canada.
A bona fide innovator and outstanding communicator, Lex has a demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing effective marketing, communications and research programs for Colliers and for properties in all asset classes.
Under Lex's leadership, Colliers Canada has developed a world-class research and marketing platform to accelerate the success of its people and clients, culminating in the organization winning 37 International Property Awards in the last decade, for its property marketing, website and organizational marketing.
Lex is passionate about building successful teams and driving change to improve organizational performance. He achieves these through understanding people’s motivations, constantly adapting his approach and persistently pursuing objectives with a high level of energy.

Poven success in building large yet agile teams, working most recently with SNC-Lavalin where she was the Senior Director of IT Application Delivery for infrastructure construction projects and Head of IT for the Operation and Maintenance Division. Ferial broadened her experience as a management consultant to numerous organizations such as McCarthy and SAS. At Telus Health, as Director of Transformation services, Ferial led implementation and operationalization of Connecting Ontario which enabled hospitals to share Electronic Health Records. Ferial also worked with PwC (DMC, MTS allstream) for nearly 14 years in a variety of progressively senior roles.
