Bryan has consistently been one of the top producing agents servicing the Hamilton and Halton markets and has consistently been one of the top agents in Canada within Colliers.    As Senior Vice President at Colliers, Bryan is the only winner of the prestigious SIOR award (based on performance) and also the only Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) in the Hamilton and Halton market.    Bryan attributes  his success to building a team who is obsessed with providing First Class service to the client and delivering results.     Team Murrar Faldowski (Team MF) is one of the largest commercial real estate teams in Ontario (10 team members) .     

Simon is a Sales Representative with Colliers International; focusing on the Industrial, Office and Land asset classes within the Oakville-Burlington-Hamilton markets. He works alongside his team, Doug Murray, Bryan Faldowski and Justin Venancio, in developing and capitalzing on opportunities for their clients. 

Simon utilizes his strong work ethic, sales ability and ingenuity to establish positive and long last relationships. Simon is committed to creating real estate solutions for his clients by understanding their long term business goals. 

Justin Venancio is a Senior Sales Representative and Realty Advisor for Colliers International specializing in Office and Industrial properties in the GTA West, working on a team with Doug Murray, Bryan Faldowski, and Simon Henderson, Justin represents  both tenants and owners in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of facilities. Prior to joining Colliers International, Justin focused on investment sales in the GTA West with one of the largest commercial investment brokerages in North America. 

Kennedy is a Sales Representative with Team Murray Faldowski at Colliers International. Kennedy works alongside, Doug Murray and Bryan Faldowski, in developing and pursuing opportunities for their clients. She also focuses on cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining positive relationships with existing clients utilizing her excellent work ethic and customer service skills.

Upon graduating from the University of Guelph, Real Estate and Housing Program, Kennedy joined BentallGreenOak in the property management division. During this time she honed her problem-solving skills to find creative solutions for both tenants and landlords.

Adrian focuses on the sales and leasing of industrial assets in the west GTA. His experience includes advising on projects ranging from small to 100,000+ square feet, where he has been relied upon for client management, needs analysis, strategy and business planning, and negotiation of complex real estate transactions.  Prior to his commercial real estate career, Adrian held a technology sales role with Xerox Canada where he developed entrepreneurial skills that formed the foundation of how he approaches his business today.   

• Chris is a Sales Representative with Colliers International; focusing on the Land, Industrial, and Office asset classes within the Oakville-Burlington-Hamilton markets. He works alongside his team, Doug Murray, Bryan Faldowski, Simon Henderson, Justin Venancio, Adrian Pajtasz, Kennedy Banks, Brandon Garth, & Sean Kelly in developing and capitalizing on opportunities for their clients.

Bob specializes in maximizing leverage when either negotiating a lease, a sale, renegotiation and/or relocation.  Some of his recent successes include the leasing/ subleasing and disposition of over 80,000 SF at the Ingram Micro Building; leasing in the Airport Corporate Centre; Mississauga City Centre, Pepsi/QTG; Novartis Consumer Health Canada Inc.; Dufferin Construction’s head office for The Region of Halton Social and Community Services; Central Park Lodges (Retirement Residences REIT); Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (building sale $27 Million).

Bob’s in-depth knowledge of the Vendor/ Landlord’s point-of-view combined with the creative structure of every transaction enables him to lower clients’ real estate costs, minimize real estate occupancy risks, improve clients’ flexibility and occupancy control  and create more productive office environments. His experience has involved all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales and disposition of over 150 Million dollars of properties within the North American real estate market and has represented both multi-national and individual clients.

With over 18 years of senior market management, Bob offers a unique perspective within the brokerage community.  His skills include lease analysis, lease negotiations with client solicitors, sale analysis, property evaluation, project co-ordination, demographic studies, full service searches and asset management.
