Victoria Retail Market Report Q4 2022
For 30+ years we have fostered a culture within Colliers that supports local community initiatives. We strive to support organizations that improve the quality of life for Vancouver Island residents and future generations by donating our time, talents and monetary resources to causes that are meaningful to our employees and their families, our clients, and local communities.
The Colliers Cares Foundation's investment framework is build on four main principles:
- Champion projects for organizations that have a personal connection to our employees;
- Identify local causes and give financial support to charities that are invested in Vancouver Island;
- Promote well-being by assisting organizations with the greatest need; and
- Ensure our funding achieves its maximum impact and benefit for recipients.
Charities Supported
Since 1988 Colliers Victoria has supported 50+ local charities. In 2016/17/18 Colliers Cares raised over $200,000, and our employees volunteered over 2,800 hours to support organizations and communities in Greater Victoria. We run events like 50/50 draws, bake sales, jeans days, and our famous soup days each fall.
