As President of Colliers for Saskatchewan, Tom is responsible for executing the provincial business strategy.  Colliers has grown to be the largest commercial real estate services provider with the most diverse service offerings in Saskatchewan.  The over 160 professionals manage 11 million square feet of property and execute over 550 transactions annually. In addition, the team provides Debt Advisory and Project Management services  on behalf of our local, national and multi-national clients.

Tom has a diverse background in real estate. He received his Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and attained his CPA, CA designation. Prior to joining Colliers Tom worked in Chicago and Toronto for a major accounting firm providing commercial real estate services to national and multi-national public and private clients in areas of due diligence, acquisition advisory, portfolio restructuring and financing, and capital markets.

Richard's focus is on creating and executing growth strategies through business development and service excellence. In this role, he provides leadership and professional development to the Saskatchewan brokerage teams located in Saskatoon and Regina. Richard has extensive experience in various aspects of commercial and industrial development, commercial real estate operations, project and asset management, and human resource administration. He joined Colliers International after prior roles as a General Manager at Viterra, Chief Operating Officer at FarmPure Foods and most recently, as Managing Director at Avison Young.

Alex joined Colliers in 2011 and was assigned a mixed commercial portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets in the Saskatoon area. His focus is on understanding the specific needs of each project and determining a strategy that aligns with client objectives, followed by execution through an integrated team approach.

Alex was named Senior Property Manager in 2016 and began active involvement in new business development, client relations, and office management.

As of May 2019, Alex oversees all aspects of the property management portfolio for the province as Managing Director | Saskatchewan REMS.

Alex maintains a second career as a member of the Royal Canadian Naval Reserve and has served in operational/training environments both aboard Canadian warships and ashore.
