Industrial vacancy reaches decade lows with no availability of space in Esquimalt and Westshore regions. Rental rates continue to feel upwards pressure with lack of supply while the market awaits completion of new inventory. 

  • Average net rental rates are sitting at $15 per square foot for the Greater Victoria region.
  • Forecasts expect vacancy to continue declining for the foreseeable quarters until new supply reaches the market.
