Location is everything

Animation, video design and production agency ARC Media is a growing company in a demanding industry, and its workspace needs were changing. In order to keep up with business needs, a larger space was necessary. ARC also wanted to be centrally located and free to design a space that would attract top talent.

Meeting unique needs

Not only did ARC need a UPS power supply, it also wanted to be able to divide space up in a way that allowed for complete confidentiality with client projects physically separated from each other. In order to do that, it needed a significantly larger, more versatile space that could support customization and continued growth.

Multiple locations for more versatility

Moving from 230 Richmond Street East to 134 Peter Street and 364 Richmond Street West in the heart of Queen West gave ARC Media a total aggregate square footage of 70,000 to work with compared to their original 30,000. The multiple access points helped accomplish the goal of separate work areas for different clients.
