On behalf of owner Manulife Investment Management, Colliers is leading the development management of this large-scale, mixed-use community in the heart of downtown Toronto. The plans contained in the rezoning application submitted to the City of Toronto in December 2019 proposed a 59-storey, 603,000-square-foot structure that will reinstate all 90,000 square feet of existing office and retail space and add 651 new residential rental units, 40% of which will be two- and three-bedroom suites suitable for young families.
Representing the owner in this large-scale project
Colliers is acting as the development management owner’s representative to lead all efforts required to complete the initiation stage and design phase of the project. We are also leading the entire entitlement program through rezoning and site plan approval, including procurement and management of all project team consultants, oversight of political and community stakeholder processes, analysis of construction methodologies and cost estimates, and financial analysis.
Construction is targeted to commence in 2022.
