As of 2020, Stefan has completed more than 450 deals consisting of over 5,000,000 square feet of industrial real estate for a total dollar value of over $400,000,000. In 2018, Stefan had the privilege of representing Daiya Foods in their expansion into a 400,000 square foot new production plant in Burnaby for the largest industrial lease transaction of the year. Stefan has over ten years’ of experience across Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Burnaby and Vancouver.  

Stefan’s long standing relationships and focus on his clients’ needs helped him to become one of Colliers top producers in 2019.

An advocate for personal and professional development, Stefan spends a significant amount of time mentoring and developing those starting their careers in commercial real estate.
