Throughout my career in the commercial real estate industry, I was instrumental in sourcing, analyzing, negotiating and finalizing over 25 leasing and sales transactions on 500,000 square feet of industrial, office and investment properties. Throughout this time period I was able to establish a network of 125 contacts consisting of user/occupiers and developers/landlords.
Within project management I was responsible for organizing, budgeting, monitoring and delivering over 40 quality projects during my tenure. Each differed from residential and commercial builds.
