During his career, he managed 100+ customers, facilitating loan requests from $1MM to 20MM and maintained loan portfolios from $20MM to $50MM.

As the Principal Debt Advisor, Sokha is responsible for integrating the Debt Advisory Division’s expertise to support existing service lines including Investment Sales and Capital Markets, Landlord and Tenant Representation, Valuation and Consulting, Project and Development Management and Property Management. She takes pride in building strong business relationships with clients while providing tailored financing solutions to best suit their needs.
Sokha has over a decade of experience in the financial sector. As the Managing and Lead Broker of a regional brokerage, her previous role involved the oversight and management of the brokerage, brokers and associates. She was responsible in the implementation and monitoring of the regulatory Brokerage, Broker and Associate Act and Regulation as well as relationship development with business account managers, institutional and non-institutional lenders .
In 2017, Sokha obtained her real estate license which allowed her to diversify her existing business portfolio. She also possesses extensive knowledge and experience with conforming and non-conforming loan orginations; securing financing for major commercial real estate properties including, but not limited to Long Term, Construction, Bridge, Mezzanine Financing and Private Investment Funds. Her expertise involved feedback and direction to originators and analysts on loan structures, terms, conditions, security, and covenant recommendations.

Terry has close to 30 years of management and consulting experience in the financial services industry in both large corporations as well as in small business enterprises. Terry has worked as a Financial Analyst for Crown Life Investments, Asset Management Group, in Toronto and Regina, where he gained experience working in the Real Estate Owned (REO) Dept. that managed a portfolio of the company's distressed U.S.- based commercial mortgage assets.
Terry has also previously worked as Investment Advisor for a large national brokerage firm in Vancouver where he provided financial planning and investment advice to high net worth individuals and private business owners. Most recently, Terry owned and operated a successful restaurant, food services and catering company in Regina.
Terry’s varied business experience has provided him with extensive knowledge of financial markets as well as practical skills and expertise in financial analysis and investments management, small business operations and entrepreneurial management, real estate investment analysis, and business development. During his role as the Commercial Manager across jurisdictions within the country, Brad brings along with him extensive knowledge and detailed analysis in evaluating commercial lending transactions through understanding financial statements in depth and the results of the underwriting correlation. This has allowed him to build trust and deep professional relationships resulting in higher percentage of approved and funded commercial loans.
