Newton Leung joined the Colliers International Team in their Toronto North Office in 2006.
He Specializes in the Markham and Richmond Hill industrial market and has assisted many prominent companies, providing them with solutions to their real estate challenges.
He also works directly with Landlords to position and market available properties. Newton's attention to detail and creative ideas have provided maximum exposure for listed properties which has resulted in reduced downtime, limited vacancy and ultimately the successful leasing of available space.
Before coming to Colliers, Newton worked as a Client Account Manager at Manulife Financial where he managed pension plans with an asset value of over $490 million (US) for high valued clients in the US. Prior to that he was a Senior Supervisor at TD Canada Trust.
