I represent Colliers International specializing in the GTA west suburban office market. Partnered with Adam Dauphinee and Chris Burans, we provide uncommon local market knowledge to our clients. Our services include assisting our clients with new leasing, subleasing, investment sales, cost containment (reduction of operating expenses) and project management.
Our philosophy is service excellence. To achieve service excellence we use the Net Promoter Score (NPS) platform, a platform used by many fortune 500 companies to gauge client satisfaction. Each one of our clients is surveyed after every transaction, therefore providing accountability to our service offering. We use the results to continuously improve our services and benchmark our success.

Lease negotiations, financial analysis, lead sourcing, lease documentation, and business development is the foundation of my work. Backed by several years of involvement in a family-owned investment business in multi-residential real estate, I bring years of exposure and experience to Colliers. My work ethic is founded on client service excellence, a patient and empathetic communications style, sharp time management and problem solving skills, youthful energy and a passion for delivering customized solutions that go above and beyond client expectations. I use a systematic approach when collaborating with my team to provide optimal results designed to react to a variety of business clients and scenarios. My exposure to a high volume of office leasing transactions (100+ deals/year) provides me with a comprehensive understanding of a progressive market and various client needs. Melissa started at Colliers in May 2008 as a Receptionist and is now a licensed Sales Representative and Brokerage Project Specialist. She works closely to support one of the top Industrial Advisor's in Canada along with a leading GTA West office leasing team.
Melissa enjoys volunteering her time to charities such as Eva's Initiatives, Habitat for Humanity, Juvenille Diabetes and the Ronald McDonald Home for Dinner program.
