Ken has been an Appraisal Institute of Canada member since 1997 (member no. 800198), completing thousands of appraisals of all property types in Central Alberta.
Ken achieved the Appraisal Institute of Canada's AACI designation in 2003.

Managing Director, Valuation & Advisory Services
I joined the appraisal industry in 2007 and gained experience in the appraisal of residential property as a Candidate member of the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. In 2010 I became a Candidate member of the Appraisal Insitute of Canada and continued working in residential appraisal industry as well as gaining experience in the valuation of agricultural and small income producing properties. In December of 2011 I joined Colliers as an Analyst in the Valuation and Advisory Services division in Edmonton, moving into an Associate role in August 2012 and a Senior Associate role in December 2014.
With Colliers I've completed assignments on over $9 Billion worth of real estate across all major asset classes with a focus on development land, residential subdivisions, office buildings and retail shopping centres.
Services include market value appraisals, market rental analysis, absorption rate analysis and other valuation-related consulting assignments used to assist with financing, financial reporting, cash-in-lieu for Municipal Reserve, internal decision making, wills/estates, matrimonial disputes, foreclosure proceedings, arbitration, negotiation and other purposes.
