Accomplishments
Sales and Sales Management
- Created and executed the strategy for the marketing and leasing of a $1.5 billion commercial and industrial asset class real estate portfolio of 4-5MM sq. ft.
- Restructured the pricing and the sales and marketing team of the Armani branded Wall Street residential condos in lower Manhattan to relaunch and sell 200 standing inventory one month after the financial crash.
- Successfully led a team of Americans in the Dubai Region of the United Arab Emirates to achieve a residential real estate sales success of over USD $750 million of pre-construction residential property.
- Led a team that achieved twin sellouts, each in a single day at launches for two high value real estate projects at the Mountain Creek Resort close to Manhattan.
Crisis Management and Leadership:
Solely responsible for operations and leadership of an industrial manufacturing facility during a five month labor strike. Produced sixty percent of the sales volume with twenty percent of the labor force while the workers were on strike resulting in a profit for the company during the dispute.

My Team
Elise Gauvreau launched her real estate career with TrizecHahn in 1993 managing the leasing of 1.5 million square feet of their office portfolio in the Montreal region. She subsequently joined GWL Realty Advisors, a division of Great West Life, taking over the leasing of 1.3 million square feet of their office space in the Montreal area. Elise currently manages the entire office portfolio for the Colliers International Real Estate Management Services (REMS) group in Quebec, serving both private and institutional owners. She is a capable manager with an in-depth knowledge of today’s market strategies and the brokerage community. She executes complex transactions with financial and social finesse. Elise is experienced in transacting while coordinating between property owners, third party brokers, construction estimators, legal advisors and property management. As an active participant of CREW, Elise was a member of its founding board of directors and was instrumental in the creation of CREW in Montreal.
Mathieu has been on the Leasing team for over four years as financial and market intelligence analyst and Leasing Representative. He is responsible for four industrial portfolios totaling approx. 2.25M square feet, located primarily in the West Island, North and South Shores of Montreal. He interacts directly with asset managers and has been successful in tackling some of the client's toughest challenges.
Simon has worked in the Landlord Representation team for over three years. He started as the Leasing Operations Coordinator responsible for all market research , data communications and managed marketing initiatives for the web. He provided operations and leasing support to eight portfolios located in the greater Montreal area. He maintained these positions while obtaining his brokerage license, then added industrial leasing to his role. He now functions as a Leasing Representative in addition to his operations responsibilities.
Prior to joining Landmark Properties (now Colliers International), Simon served as a research analyst for Landmark Advisory Services (LAS), a separate tenant representative firm servicing national clients with real estate market intelligence.
Donna executes marketing plans and research activities and creates marketing strategies and selling tools for the leasing and business developement team. Her focus is to increase awareness and targeted prospect traffic for vacancies throughout the portfolio. She is well networked through the Montreal brokerage community having been active in real estate marketing for over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry.
