Sales and Sales Management

  • Created and executed the strategy for the marketing and leasing of a $1.5 billion commercial and industrial asset class real estate portfolio of 4-5MM sq. ft.
  • Restructured the pricing and the sales and marketing team of the Armani branded Wall Street residential condos in lower Manhattan to relaunch and sell 200 standing inventory one month after the financial crash
  • Successfully led a team of Americans in the Dubai Region of the United Arab Emirates to achieve a residential real estate sales success of over USD $750 million of pre-construction residential property.
  • Led a team that achieved twin sellouts, each in a single day at launches for two high value real estate projects at the Mountain Creek Resort close to Manhattan. 

Crisis Management and Leadership:

Solely responsible for operations and leadership of an industrial manufacturing facility during a five month labor strike. Produced sixty percent of the sales volume with twenty percent of the labor force while the workers were on strike resulting in a profit for the company during the dispute.
