Starting 2015 his primary focus is Valuation of Hospitality properties having participated in valuations of $800M+ worth of hospitalty assets, including several feasibility studies.
In addition to numerous accomplishments with Colliers' Realty Tax Group Eric has participated in valuations of: Hotel X (Toronto), Trump Hotel Toronto (St. Regis), Ramada Plaza Toronto, Cosmopolitan Hotel, St. James Hotel, EconoLodge Toronto, Super 8 Downtown Toronto, Four Points Missisauga Airport (Dixie),ark Inn Toronto Airport West, The Royal Hotel (Picton), Holloway Hotels ( Holiday Inn Oakville, Travelodge Barrie, Travelodge Timmins, Travelodge Thunder Bay), Comfort Inn Port Hope, and many more.
