Deborah is a highly skilled negotiator with strong communication skills.  A strategic thinker with over 25 years’ experience in collaborative, team-based environments, she has a proven ability to handle complex assignments for corporate real estate clients with local and international requirements.  Deborah leverages Colliers' broad spectrum of global real estate  advisory services to provide her clients with customized solutions.  Her network of long-time clients has been built on a foundation of trust and is a testament to her commitment to providing service excellence. Prior to joining Colliers, Deborah negotiated more than $300M in build-to-suit contracts for multi-unit residential developments and wrote for the Premier of Ontario on housing, health and environmental issues.  She holds an Honours BA in Psychology from York University.
