With several years experience in collaborative, team-based environments, Deborah draws upon her well-established relationships to assemble a team that is custom-fit for each client and adept at handling complex assignments locally and globally.  Specializing in the Oakville and Burlington markets for over 20 years, Deborah's network of long-time clients is a testament to her commitment to providing personal attention to detail and a strong work ethic.  She is a skilled negotiator who has completed more than $700M in transactions across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate services.  Prior to joining Colliers, Deborah negotiated more than $300M in build-to-suit contracts for multi-unit residential development projects.  Putting her strong communication skills to work, she also wrote for the Premier of Ontario on housing, health and environment issues.
