Blair is Vice President of Business Development for the Real Estate Management Services Group.  Blair's focus is developing relationships and account management with institutional investor clients. In his career, Blair has lead teams in all aspects of the commercial real estate sector.  From acquisitions and dispositions for national clients to construction project management and facilities, Blair has gained a unique and well-rounded experience enabling him to assist clients with an overall view to asset strategy and execution.  

Accomplishments

Blair has over 20 years' experience in the commercial real estate sector.  Prior to serving as Vice President, Investment Division for DTZ, he gained a thorough understanding of valuation and investment fundamentals as a Financial Analyst.  Since then, Blair has gone on to oversee Central Operations for the Hudson's Bay Company.  In this role he lead a team accountable for an annual budget of approximately $250 million and the operation of nearly 500 retail,  office and distribution facilities.   Blair went on to gain  experience in the commercial construction industry as a partner in an independent project management and consulting firm before returning to the Hudson's Bay Company to oversee several major capital projects including the build-out of HBC's new 400,000 square foot headquarter in Lower Manhattan.
