As Chief Operating Officer of the Canadian Business, Brian is responsible for partnering with the National and Global Senior Leadership teams to develop and implement strategies to strengthen Colliers’ position as the leading real estate services firm in Canada. Responsible for business development in addition to the day-to-day operations of the Canadian business and the long-term strategic planning process, Brian builds internal and external client relationships and leads teams to be enterprising, accountable and collaborative.
Brian has spent his career fostering innovation and driving change, solving complex problems and continuously challenging and improving operations. An experienced General Manager, Corporate Strategist, Sales Leader and Marketer, Brian brings a wealth of senior leadership experience from Iron Mountain, the global leader in storage and information management services, with 1,400 facilities and more than 87.5 million square feet of storage space under management in over 50 countries. After working in increasingly senior roles with the firm, Rosen most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Iron Mountain Canada, responsible for both Sales and Operations nationally. Throughout his decade plus at Iron Mountain, he successfully turned around operations, accelerated growth in mature businesses, and created new teams and management processes.

David Bowden has served as Chief Executive Officer, Canada, of Colliers International since 2009. Scott Addison is the President of Brokerage Services at Colliers Canada, Canada’s leading commercial real estate services firm. Scott has been working in commercial real estate for more than 30 years and is passionate about industry leadership and maximizing potential for Colliers people and its clients. Since joining Colliers Management Team, Scott has gone on to create a distinct culture of leadership, collaboration and superior client service.
Appointed to the position of President of Brokerage Services in October 2015, Scott has been instrumental in driving both organic and strategic growth of the brokerage business in Canada. Scott oversees 28 offices across the country, motivating teams to accelerate success and be leaders in Canada's real estate services industry. John Duda is the President of Real Estate Management Services, Canada. John began his career as Director of National Property Services at CIBC, joining Colliers in 2010. Appointed as head of Real Estate Management Services in 2017, John has driven significant growth both organically and strategically through the development of new service lines and markets. In his role as president, John a oversees 14 offices across Canada, working closely with local teams to create value-driven strategies in support of clients’ goals.

As President he has grown the company into a leading real-property and infrastructure project management firm with offices across Canada and the Middle East. An engineer and Project Management Professional, Franklin has directed major capital projects for private- and public-sector clients, nationally and internationally.
Franklin serves on the Board of the Real Property Institute of Canada, is a recipient of the Order of Honour of Professional Engineers Ontario and the Province of Ontario Volunteer Award, a Warden of the Iron Ring, and a Canada’s Clean50 honouree.

SVP & National Lead, Retail Services
Jane is Senior Vice President & National Lead, Retail Services for Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in Canada and her focus is on the strategic growth of REMS’ retail portfolio across Canada and on making Colliers’ Retail Asset Advisory Services synonymous with retail expertise in the Canadian marketplace. She will work with other areas of Colliers’ businesses when additional retail real estate expertise is required. Under her leadership, Jane leads the retail platform for Colliers Canada, ensuring that we continue to provide innovative and value-added solutions to our clients through the Retail Asset Advisory Services platform.
Managing Director, British Columbia
Scott joined Colliers International’s Vancouver office in November 2009, working directly with the Head of Property Tax in British Columbia to reestablish the group. In 2013, Scott was promoted to the role of Senior Associate and focuses on preliminary negotiations with agents of the British Columbia Assessment Authority, as well as playing an advocacy role in front of the Property Assessment Review Panel and Property Assessment Appeal Board.
