Colliers International, as the real estate advisor for the District of Saanich (“Saanich”), is requesting information for a minimum of 6 to 8 acres of land to consider the relocation and/or expansion of Saanich’s Parks and Public Works Yard.
Properties must be located within the Urban Containment Boundaries of Saanich. A respondents property does not have to be currently zoned for the contemplated uses described above and may be comprised of individual or contiguous parcels that aggregate at a minimum of 6 to 8 acres of land.
This is not a tender process, nor a Request for Proposals (“RFP”), but only an inquiry as to the availability of appropriately sized tracks of land that may be suitable for Saanich’s intended use. Colliers may issue an RFP for this requirement based on information it receives as a result of this advertisement.
This RFEOI does not form an agreement of purchase and sale and shall not be construed as an Offer to Purchase. Saanich is under no obligation to enter into negotiations or contract with any party responding to this RFEOI.
Written responses to this RFEOI are required no later than 5:00 p.m. PST on July 5th, 2019 to the brokers listed below.
