Service requests are documented in our web enabled maintenance management system and communicated instantly with 200+ building operators, service technicians, and property managers across Canada to ensure the needs of your tenants and occupants are always met.

The Service Centre is focused on providing friendly, efficient and consistent service to manage your service requests and building needs. Whether it’s a minor annoyance or a major emergency, one phone call is all that you need to make.
