Mark Lester is a 25 year veteran of the real estate brokerage business in Western Canada with a particular emphasis on unique real estate brokerage. Mark and his team are widely recognized as one of North America’s foremost experts in the marketing of “unique” real estate assets including:

Mark is the founder and group leader of the Unique Properties Group at Colliers International in Vancouver British Columbia. Mark re-joined Colliers in January 2016 after exploring alternatives to his business elsewhere. Prior to that, Mark was with Colliers International for 20 years and built a strong business focused primarily on unique real estate assets in Western Canada, but also in locations such as the South Pacific and the Caribbean.
The cornerstone of the Unique Properties business model is a consultative approach that examines the value attributes and utility of a particular property in order to best be able to tailor a strategic marketing approach designed to position a particular property for a timely sale.
