Simon joined Colliers International in 1989 and has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, including three years spent in Hong Kong between 1993 and 1996. While residing in Hong Kong, Simon was Managing Director of Asian Markets at Colliers Jardine where he established a solid and diverse clientele, facilitating numerous commercial real estate transactions and while building excellent relationships with local and offshore developers and investors.

Simon is recognized as a leading investment brokerage expert known for his exceptional ability to bring deals to completion and help his clients achieve success in their acquisitions. He has extensive knowledge and experience with development and investment properties within the Asia Pacific region and specifically within the Lower Mainland, BC. Consistently a top performer, Simon has received the prestigious National Winner of Colliers International Award of Excellence (Canada and USA) since 1998, and is a nine-time winner of Top Investment Production award at Colliers in Vancouver from 2001 to 2009. Simon has completed over $2.5 billion in sales transactions.

Specializing in investment sales, Simon has handled sophisticated real estate transactions of a full range of asset classes, including land, hotel, office, retail and multi-family investments, many of which are large-scale and complex. His achievements are a result of his acute understanding of the market and transaction process, strong relationships with industry professionals, a keen understanding of the Asia Pacific market as well as his undivided dedication to clients’ goals and successes. Simon is fluent in English and Cantonese Simon’s past clients include: Cadillac Fairview, Holborn Group, Delta Land Development Ltd., Morguard Investment, Larco Investments, Vancouver International Airport Authority, Polygon Homes, Orca West Developments, Siddoo Holdings Ltd, Canamera Investments, Angus Corporate Centre, Wall Financial Corp, and a multitude of other investment and development companies.
