Franklin Holtforster | President and CEO

Franklin Holtforster is an entrepreneur and business leader.  As the CEO of Colliers Project Leaders, he directs the operations of the company he founded in 1989 and which he has grown into Canada’s leading real-property project management firm, with offices from coast to coast. As an engineer, contractor and project management consultant he has directed major capital projects for private and public sector clients in Canada and abroad.

He is a capable public speaker who speaks regularly on a variety of topics related to business and leadership. He is known for his Intentional Leadership workshop and Sustainability is FreeTM presentation, both of which he has delivered to audiences across Canada.

Anne Glasgow | Vice President, Development

Anne Glasgow has 25 years of diverse leadership experience in the real estate and construction industry as a company founder and director, project manager, real estate sales representative, facility manager, and leasing manager. She directs Colliers Project Leaders' business development, marketing, and growth initiatives, serves as the client relationship manager for large corporate clients, leads the development of strategic plans, and sponsors the development of new company services. 

Gordon Kack | Vice President, Operations

Gordon Kack has more than 30 years of experience within the construction industry, including the establishment of two successful consulting practices.  To date, he has led the successful delivery of more than 500 commercial, municipal, institutional, and retail projects throughout Canada.   He has extensive expertise in the delivery of specialized project management services that incorporate rigorous quality, cost, sustainability, and schedule control.  Gordon directs the regional operations and human resource functions of MHPM.  He is responsible for ensuring project success, client satisfaction, and company compliance with MHPM’s ISO 9001 registered Quality Assurance Program.

Oliver Huls | Vice President, Finance and Corporate Services

Oliver Huls has over 20 years of financial experience primarily in the project management and engineering fields as a project manager, account manager and Vice President. He leads Colliers Project Leaders' Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Corporate Finance, Payroll and IT teams. Oliver is CPA, CMA certified and sits on the board of directors for the Canadian Financial Executive Research Foundation.
