Sales have commenced at The Yukon

Chard Development’s newest project is a commercial strata office and light industrial building at Yukon and West 6th Avenue, in the heart of Mount Pleasant. The development has modern open spaces with high ceilings designed by Proscenium Architecture + Interiors Inc., a Mount Pleasant based architect. This building includes light industrial space at grade, a double-door freight elevator, end-of-trip facilities with bike lockers and showers, 83 parking stalls and outdoor terraces on all floors. The unit sizes available are flexible with an anticipated occupancy of 2020.

Chard Development’s previous successes in the Mount Pleasant area include Ellsworth, Elenore on 5th and most recently, 34 W 7th which sold out all 53,000 square feet while still under construction. 

A broker event was held on October 18th where Bryon Chard, Principal & Chief of Chard Development and Matthew Carlson, Vice President of Colliers International introduced the project at the new La Taqueria on Yukon Street.
