Colliers London Office Recognized For Its Gender Balance

The Colliers London team was recently featured in a local London Inc. Magazine article for its workplace gender diversity. 

The Colliers London office is unique among the commercial real estate companies in the London area with a staff composition that is roughly half women and half men.

The article highlights the experiences of three of the female staff members from the Colliers London office – Sales Representatives Lorraine Landgren and Lisa Handa, and Broker Lisa Lansink – and reflects the efficient and inclusive nature of the Colliers experience.

“We work as a team, the entire office,” says Sales Representative Lorraine Landgren. “We partner with each other. Clients like that because they can always get hold of someone. And clients often get the perspective of a male and female. Sometimes, there’s something I haven’t thought of or vice versa. It works really well.”

With women at senior levels of many businesses making real estate decisions, “It makes sense to have women like us working with them.” says Sales Representative Lisa Handa.

The overall balance of both gender and experience in the office ensures that all Colliers London clients get well-rounded and professional service when buying, leasing or selling a property.

“Male or female, we have good people to work with,” says Broker Lisa Lansink in the article. “Chris Kirwin has done a good job of bringing people together, not just women but everyone.”
