- The overall vacancy continued to decline reaching a level not seen since mid-2012.
- There has been a noticeable influx of vacant land parcels for sale surrounding the outskirts of Winnipeg’s Perimeter Highway.
- Tenant and owner operator demand for new generation buildings is high, however progress in industrial development has been slow due to high construction costs.
