Don is a recent addition to the Southwestern Ontario office and brings with him 25 years of experience in commercial real estate construction, development and management.
Accomplishments
Don is the President of Zevest Development Corporation and since he took the reins in 1993, he has been personally involved in many aspects of commercial real estate in the Region of Waterloo and Southwestern Ontario.
Don has had varied and extensive experience in the development, redevelopment, sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties in Southwestern Ontario.
Don’s varied experience has taught him to consider projects from many perspectives; as an owner, a tenant, a contractor, a developer and a manager. It is this breadth and depth of experience, combined with his dedication to seeing projects through from conception to completion, that gives Don the ability to provide exceptional advice and service to his customers.
His exposure to so many aspects of commercial real estate has also developed his negotiation, project management and leadership skills.
Don sees the less obvious opportunities and he helps others find and create projects that will accomplish their specific goals.
